But the community is pulling together. We had a camping trip this past weekend, and there were no less than 40 people represented. It wasn’t a Phoenix Council thing, it wasn’t a Pasco Pagan thing, it was a Pagan Community thing. It’s exciting to be a part of this group of people. We’ve found ourselves, and our places in it. The Phoenix Council has taken the ball and ran with the organization, making sure events, rituals and details are taken care of. We have PR people, Kid people, music people, tech people, clergy people etc.
The Pasco Pagans are the rail station that directs the human resources to their destinations. Covens in the community are growing, classes are being taught, and the best part is the fellowship. We’ve taken the time to really get to know one another and forge some really close relationships. In fact I think that because of all the shit in the past, we’ve been able to actually are better for it. The one thing is we know EVERYTHING about each other. We have all seen and done good and bad things.
Now we’re more focused and determined to give the community a better face, and to make some very lofty dreams a reality. If you’re not part of the Pasco County Pagan Community, you’re missing something really special. I challenge you to come out and meet you neighbors sometime soon!
Peace Out
